The house comprises some 17,500 square feet and is set on 45 acres with woodland, rivers, walks and importantly - peace and quiet. We can cater for all corporate enquiries, daytime or overnight: lunches, dinners, meeting rooms, presentations, board room, yoga and both inside and outside events.

With a distance of only 25 minutes to Dublin Airport, overseas companies can organise unique away days for their staff in a location that can also provide them accommodation after a hard days blue-sky thinking and business planning. Great walks for team bonding and scenic picnics.

Domestic companies could choose between overnight stays or alternatively squeeze it all into a day.

Sandyford Business Park and the commercial areas around Dundrum and Citywest are less than 10 minute drive away. Companies can avail of the house or simply use the land for a Festival-themed event or a modern day It’s a Knock Out. We have space in abundance.

There is ample parking on site and numerous local taxi companies.

The capacity indoors seated is 120, for a less formal set up the capacity is 200. Outdoors we have lots of space and can also cater for up to 200 guests. With outdoor BBQ and bar facilities and the best views in the City you can give your staff a truly unique day to remember.
