Terms and Cancellation policy:

 

As a small business, we would ask our guests to consider the serious implications on us of late cancellations, as we are granting exclusive use of the house.

A 10% deposit must be paid to secure your booking.

The balance must be fully paid 1 month in advance of your booking.

If a cancellation is then made less than a month from your booking, we reserve the right to withhold 50% of the total booking fees. If cancellation is within one week of the arrival date there will be no refund whatsoever unless we can rebook a different party.

For weddings, we would require a much longer cancellation notice. Please contact us to discuss further.

We would also ask guests to remember, that there are a lot of period features and furnishings and care must be taken to ensure that nothing in the house is damaged. As Guests you agree to take full responsibility for any damages caused by your party and must inform the estate manager prior to departure.
